Get training for your PaymentMate software
PaymentMate is so easy to use you should be able to figure it out within minutes. However, if you have any questions
about how to use the software, we have several options available to you. You may read or print support documents that
have step-by-step instructions on how to use the software. You may watch our training videos. Or you may schedule a
live training session with a knowledgeable and friendly support technician who will show you how to use the software
and answer your questions.

If you are a visual learner who would rather sit back and watch instead of reading how to use the software, you should
appreciate the PaymentMate training videos. Currently, there are four PaymentMate training videos that are each less
than five minutes long, and one interactive PaymentMate demonstration video.

Get Training from a Live Technician
With PaymentMate you don't have to spend hours learning the software. The program is easy to learn, and we make it even easier
by having a live person teach you how to use it. Live training with a friendly and knowledgeable support technician is
available during normal business hours. Please call to schedule an appointment.
In addition to speaking to a live person on the phone, you can also receive remote assistance from him. Remote assistance allows
a PaymentMate support technician to show you how to use the software while you watch and ask questions. What's more, remote
assistance does not require you to install additional software, as the remote assistance software is installed when you download
