Deciding what PaymentMate Edition is best for your business
The PaymentMate software is available in four editions to meet your specific business needs—PaymentMate Standard Edition™, PaymentMate POS Edition™, PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition™ and PaymentMate Enterprise Edition™.
Standard Edition
PaymentMate Standard Edition is the right fit for smaller businesses and home offices having one or two desktop or notebook computers for taking your customers' payments. This edition is able to process nearly all check, credit card and PIN debit card transactions. (However, Standard Edition cannot process FSA cards, HRA cards and other benefit cards. POS Edition
PaymentMate POS Edition is great for retail stores and other businesses having several points of sale or points of service. Like Standard Edition, this edition is capable of processing nearly all types of payment except benefit cards and gateway transactions. Pharmacy Edition
PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition is the POS Edition made specifically for pharmacies. Pharmacy Edition is able to do everything POS Edition can do. In addition it gives you the advantage of being able to process flexible spending benefit cards, such as FSA and HRA cards. Pharmacy Edition is SIGIS certified, automatically determines which OTC (over-the-counter) items are qualified, and applies payments to benefit cards for only qualified items and prescriptions. Enterprise Edition
PaymentMate Enterprise Edition is the perfect fit for businesses big or small. With Enterprise Edition, you get all of the advantages of Standard Edition, POS Edition, or Pharmacy Edition, plus full access to our payment gateway. This edition processes all transactions on our ultra-secure payment gateway. You don't have to worry about not receiving funds from card and check batches your employees failed to close, or from computers that fail. Our gateway automatically closes batches for you each day, and gives you daily batch totals, and transaction details, for every computer processing payments with Enterprise Edition. Optional Web Reporting is available with any edition of PaymentMate
Every edition of PaymentMate is compatible with our PaymentMate Web Reporting™ add-on Web service. Web Reporting is a secure and easy way to print batch reports from any computer you own. A surprisingly reasonable cost gives you full access to our Web Reporting Web site.
