The PaymentMate Transaction window (2 of 19)
The PaymentMate Transaction window displays prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) items as you scan with a bar code scanner, or type in the UPC numbers. The software highlights qualified prescriptions in blue and qualified healthcare products (QHP) in green.

Entering amounts (3 of 19)
Tendering payments is fast and simple with PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition! The large buttons are easy to click with a mouse, or tap with your finger on the touchscreen display of your PaymentMate POS computer.

FSA, HRA and other benefit card authorization (4 of 19)
PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition automatically recognizes FSA, HRA, and other benefit cards. The software charges only prescriptions and approved healthcare items to these cards and lets you know how much was approved.

A transaction receipt (5 of 19)
The transaction receipt lets you and your customer know what sales items were qualified healthcare products (QHP). The receipt also gives the amount tendered on account, and by cash, check, and card.

A daily transaction report (6 of 19)
The transaction report is a comprehensive way to keep up to day on day-to-day profits. The transaction report gives separate totals returns and sales, and totals for payments on account, by cash, by card, and by check. It provides totals for each OTC category, too.

The Sales Item Editor (7 of 19)
Adding qualified healthcare OTC items is a breeze! Just scan the bar code and PaymentMate automatically adds the OTC item for you. After the software adds the item, you may edit it's price and other information, if desired.

Managing OTC sales items (8 of 19)
The Manage Sales Items utility of PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition is a handy tool for adding, editing, or looking up OTC sales items. The utility will search for items (that you've scanned or imported) by UPC number, name, description, or vendor catalog number.

The Sales Categories utility (9 of 19)
PaymentMate automatically adds the correct sales categories to approved health care items. But you can add and edit additional sales categories to meet your specific needs.

The Transaction Browser (10 of 19)
Finding previous transactions is simple with the Transaction Browser. Once you find the transaction you want, you can quickly reprint a receipt, void the transaction, or print a transaction report for your records.

Importing sales items (11 of 19)
PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition imports OTC items, UPCs and prices from most major distributors and vendors. Supported imports include Amerisource Bergen, Cardinal Health, Dakota Drug, McKessen, Morris and Dickson, and HD Smith. Others will be added.

PaymentMate transaction options (12 of 19)
PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition also lets you void transactions, return sales items, print daily reports, and much more! Returning an OTC item automatically refunds the customer's credit, PIN debit, FSA, HRA, or other benefit card.

Credit and PIN debit card authorization (13 of 19)
Processing credit and PIN debit cards is as easy as swiping the card, typing the amount, and clicking (or taping your finger on) a button. In fewer seconds than you can count fingers on one hand, the card is approved!

The card Batch Detail Browser (14 of 19)
Credit, PIN debit, FSA, HRA, and other benefit card authorizations are saved for you to view in the Batch Detail Browser. Use the card Batch Detail Browser to void cards, refund cards, reprint card payment receipts, and print card batch reports.

Card authorization search (15 of 19)
Find any credit, debit, FSA, HRA, or other benefit card payment in seconds! If you know the amount, or the last four numbers of the card, or just the card owner's name, the software will find it. Once found, you can reprint a receipt or recharge the card.

Check, cash and on-account authorization (16 of 19)
PaymentMate Pharmacy Edition also tenders payments by check, cash, and on account. Authorizations for checks can be funded electronically, and warranty services can protect you from bounced or fraudulent checks. Ask about available TeleCheck services.

The TeleCheck Batch Browser (18 of 19)
The software also saves check authorizations for you to view. Use the TeleCheck Batch Browser to void a check, change the amount of a check, reprint a receipt, or reprint a check batch summary report.

Closing the daily card and check batches (19 of 19)
You don't have to worry about closing the batches, because the software closes them for you. Or you have the option of closing the batches yourself simply by clicking a button.
